Fragrances and essential oils can sometimes be confused, so the fundamental differences should be highlighted.
Essential oils are pure and natural molecules, exclusively extracted from plants through distillation and nothing else is ever added. Renowned for their quality scent and medicinal properties, they are used in aromatherapy to induce feelings of physical and psychological wellness.
As for fragrances, synthetic molecules reproduce certain scents, of fruits, herbs or flowers, impossible to capture through distillation. Even though they lack medicinal properties and natural essences, quality synthetic scents will still reduce stress levels and help people calm down.
Oils or fragrances? All have their use and, depending on your objectives, they can help define and personalize your environment.
Odours evoke memories, play on appetite, can alter heart rates and even influence perception. Playing with fragrances is also playing with your customer's general frame, possibly influencing his thoughts and desires.

Nebulization is the most efficient way to diffuse essential oils or fragrances in the air. With a nebulizer (a device capable of transforming certain cold liquids in an aerosol cloud made of extremely fine particles), breaking down and propagating aromatic molecules can be accomplished in a safe and continuous process. It is the most efficient way to perfume, deodorize and clean up the ambient air.
